Shipping Policy

Shipping Order Cutoff Time

We will try our best to ship all In-Stock orders received by 3pm ET withing 24 hours Mon-Fri. Please keep in mind that while we do our best to get all orders out in a timely matter, sometimes we do fall behind, all we can do is promise to do our best.

Delivery Methods

  • Free and Saver Shipping will be delivered via UPS or USPS.  You will not see either of these shipping options on heavier items.
  • Saturday, Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, and Ground will be delivered via UPS.
  • Priority Mail is delivered via USPS.

PO Boxes or APO/FPO

PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US Territories will ship via USPS and may incur additional delivery times. Upgrade options are not available.

HAZMAT items like Butane

Due to FAA regulations, expedited services are not available. These items will ship via USPS Parcel Post and may incur additional delivery times.

Oversized items like large Humidors etc.

These items are shipped via ground freight service and may incur additional delivery times. Delivery is not available to PO Boxes- APO/FPO and US Territories for certain items. Driver will deliver to the shipping address, but is not required to assist in moving the oversized item into the building, or with setup/unpacking.

Alaska and Hawaii

Expedited delivery options to Alaska and Hawaii are available for an additional charge. See shipping prices above for further information.

International Shipping (not currently shipping but made some rules just in case we change our minds)

International customers will be charged based on location and the package weight. We ship international packages VIA US Postal Service, using Express Mail or Priority Mail Service. Shipping charges will be adjusted to reflect the correct amount once the order is processed, you will pay only what the US Postal Service charges us.

When shipping to international customers, the buyer will be responsible for complying with any associated laws regarding the purchase of tobacco products, we are not responsible for any fees or duties once the package arrives to the shipping address you provided. In order to reduce any risks, we mark any international shipment as you wish on the customs form; “gift” or “person to person as and make no indication regarding to cigars in the package.  Should the package be held by customs, we can not be held accountable.  Should this  issue occur,  you will have the option of refusing the package and have customs send the package back to us, we will issue you a full credit on the product only, not the shipping.

In any case, regarding all international shipments, you agree upon placing the order that you will take full responsibility for paying any shipping fee associated with the package regardless of any refusal by customs in your country.  All sales are final should the package be lost or damaged due to any discrepancies going through customs in your country.
